I had the pleasure of attending the 2022 Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo (aka FNCE) in October. This is a national conference for registered dietitians and dietetic technicians, registered. So basically, thousands of nutrition professionals converge on an unsuspecting town to learn about emerging science, network with like-minded individuals, and partake in delicious food and beverages.
Britt and I decided to record a short podcast episode to talk about our experience at FNCE. We learned a lot of great information that we will share with you in upcoming episodes. We even do a live taste test of some of the samples provided in the expo hall at the conference.
