In-person – Our office is located near downtown Orlando (see our Contact Us page for directions). Please note, there are 3-4 steps required to access the front door of the facility. Should you require accommodations due to reduced mobility, please let us know prior to your appointment as there is an accessible entrance in the rear of the building if necessary.
Telehealth (Video Conference) – Our virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You can attend the appointment from the comfort of your home or office using your computer or phone. *Virtual counseling available to Florida residents only.
Payment – We do NOT accept insurance at this time. Payment is due at the time of service (beginning of / prior to appointment). We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards (with the Visa logo).
Opt-in Notice – Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic Opt-in Notice requesting your consent to receive email messages. Please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this important message.
Cancellation Policy – We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, you will be billed for the entire session.
